What our guests say . . .

We visit The Haven often with tour groups and our guests always have a lovely stay. Rooms are clean and equipped with a kettle, tea, and coffee. All meals where superb and as always the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, beautiful location, and delicious food! The road to get there is bad even with a 4×4, but once you get there it is worth it. The rooms are quite basic but comfortable. Super friendly Sylvia gave us a free upgrade to a bigger family room with 2 en suite bathrooms! Chris the kitchen manager always came out of the kitchen with every meal to hear if we were enjoying our food. We definitely did, all of the three meals per day. The kids loved swimming in the lagoon. Also, it was absolutely amazing to be on an unspoiled beach and when you look left or right you just see sand and sea and not a single other person in sight, but our little family. We actually had this beautiful beach all to ourselves for the time that we were there! This place is off the beaten track, but well worth a visit when you want to get away from it all!

We enjoyed our stay. Nicola is a friendly hostess that did everything in her power to answer our questions – she even arranged for me to have lamb curry (out of this world) when it was actually fish night. The food was absolutely fantastic! The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

A wonderful setting and welcoming reception. A real gem of the Wild Coast with its outstanding lighthouse. A restful place to escape the “Instant world” and be at one with nature and with management who are at one with nature and real values.
