The Hotel Layout
The Haven Hotel accommodates 80 guests across 25 charming cottages, each designed with a fisherman’s cottage feel. Guests can choose between sea-facing cottages, garden cottages, or traditional Xhosa-style rondavels, offering comfort in a natural setting.
A 9-hole Transkei mashie golf course lies in front of the hotel, while the beach is just a 200m walk away. Most two-roomed cottages feature a shared veranda, and some have interleading doors, perfect for families.
Rooms are serviced with fresh linen and towels every 3rd day. Drinking rainwater is provided in the rooms, and bottled water is available at the bar. No TVs or air conditioners are in the rooms, but a TV is available in the main lounge—allowing you to truly disconnect and embrace nature.

Mountain Bike Event
The Wild Ride powered by Nuvo (formerly Imana Wild Ride) is a 5 day eco-adventure ride which takes place on the eastern shores of South Africa covering nearly 200km of the wild coast between The Great Kei and Umngazi Rivers.
